are your veggies and flowers organic?

Yes, our produce and flowers are clean from harmful pesticides, herbicides and synthetic fertilizers. Our vegetables are harvested at the peak of perfection ripening naturally for optimum, nutrient-dense taste. Our flowers are typically cut the day prior to selling them given you the freshest blooms and longest vase life possible. Though we have not gone through the formal organic certification process, we pride ourselves in using organic and sustainable farming practices to bring customers and chefs the freshest products. Our seeds are non-GMO and sourced from Johnnys Selected Seeds in Maine.

WhEre are you located?

Our farm operation is located in Oxford, Massachusetts on Federal Hill Rd which is just outside of Worcester in Central Massachusetts. Prior to 2021, we farmed in Beverly, MA on the North Shore of Boston.

Are you open to the public?

No, as a working farm we are not open to the public. However, we do keep our self-serve roadside farmstand stocked during the season (generally April to October) on most weekends. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook for updates and restocks.

If you are interested in taking a walk through our fields, we don’t mind setting up a time to show you around. Just send us an email at crownandrootsfarm@gmail.com!
